Parenting email program
Southeast Public Health can help you during your parenting journey by sharing information and local resources to help you take care of your baby and yourself.
Emails are weekly for the first few months. As your baby grows older, emails will become less frequent.
You will get information on:
- Your baby’s development
- Recommended times to book appointments
- Parenting ideas
- Nutrition information
- Tips to take care of yourself
- Helpful links to local resources for families
Each email has been written by our health professionals, including registered nurses, lactation consultants, and registered dietitians.
