Vaccine and STBBI medication ordering

To order publicly funded vaccines, you will need:

  • A copy of your office’s vaccine temperature log from the previous month, or since your last order.
  • The number of the doses in stock of the vaccines you wish to order.

Submit your email address in the form below to be emailed a copy of the non-reusable vaccine (spoiled or expired) return form.

 

Pick-up and delivery

Orders being picked up at the Belleville, Kingston, or Brockville offices are ready three business days after the order is submitted. Please note each of the following office hours:

  • Belleville: Monday to Friday 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m.
  • Kingston: Monday to Friday 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
  • Brockville: Monday to Friday 8:30 a.m. to noon and 1 to 4 p.m.

Orders being picked up at any other office must be submitted by noon on Wednesdays for pick up the following week. Please note the following pick-up days and times:

  • Almonte: Tuesday and Thursday 9 a.m. to noon and 1 to 4 p.m.
  • Bancroft: Tuesday and Thursday 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m.
  • Kemptville: Monday 1 to 4:30 p.m.; Tuesday to Thursday 8:30 a.m. to noon and 1 to 4:30 p.m.
  • Gananoque: Tuesday 8 a.m. to noon and 1 to 4 p.m.
  • Napanee: Monday 1 to 4:30 p.m.; Tuesday to Friday 8:30 a.m. to noon and 1 to 4:30 p.m.
  • Picton: Monday 1 to 4:30 p.m.; Tuesday to Friday 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m.
  • Smiths Falls: Monday 1 to 4:30 p.m.; Tuesday to Friday 8:30 a.m. to noon and 1 to 4:30 p.m.
  • Trenton: Monday 1 to 4:30 p.m. Tuesday to Wednesday 8:30 a.m. to noon and 1 to 4 p.m.

Orders not picked up by end-of-day on Fridays may be returned.
